What NOMARK Collects
NOMARK collects the minimum data necessary to provide the service. What we collect depends on your tier:
- Local tier: Nothing. All processing happens on your device. No data leaves your machine.
- Free tier: Your email address (for authentication) and signal entries (preference data you choose to sync).
- Pro tier: Everything in Free, plus archive sync data for cross-device access.
- Team tier: Everything in Pro, plus shared team baselines and scoped overrides.
What NOMARK Does NOT Collect
NOMARK does not collect, store, or process your conversation text. The engine runs locally on your device or within your AI tool's context. Only compressed signal entries — structured preference data, typically under 3KB — are synced to the cloud when you opt in.
We do not sell, share, or monetize your preference data. Your signals are yours.
Data Residency
NOMARK is local-first. By default, your preference ledger lives on your device as a JSONL file. Cloud sync is opt-in and available on Free tier and above. Hosted data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the United States. Enterprise plans support data residency in EU and APAC regions.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can export your complete preference ledger as JSONL at any time from the panel or CLI. Account deletion is atomic — when you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems. This is real deletion, not soft-delete. You will receive a receipt confirming deletion.
Third-Party Processors
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and realtime sync
- Vercel — web application hosting and CDN
We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services at launch.
GDPR and CCPA
NOMARK complies with GDPR and CCPA requirements. You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time. For data subject requests, contact us at the address below.
