The collector is designed to run inside your tenancy. Evidence records are written to storage you control. Nothing about the validity of a record depends on it reaching us, and nothing about a verdict depends on us being reachable.

What NOMARK holds.

NOMARK holds no customer agent records. The website itself collects what a web server necessarily sees in order to serve a page, and the marketing pages carry no form, no account, no sign-up and no gated download.

The framework this sits under.

The Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles are the framework this page is written against. Where an engagement involves any NOMARK-operated surface, its region and its subprocessors are stated in the assessment register rather than described in general terms here.
