The vendor pack is not published

Why this page is empty

NOMARK prepares a vendor-assessment pack so a regulated buyer can risk-assess it as a service provider before any trial. The pack is not published, because draft markers remain in it. While any marker remains, this page quotes nothing from the pack and links none of its documents.

What is outstanding and who clears it

Two ship-queue items block publication. Each names its blocker and the person or step that clears it.

SQ-OWNER-FACTS

Identity facts only the owner holds are not yet supplied. The pack leaves them unfilled rather than drafting values that could not be defended.

Cleared by the owner

SQ-COUNSEL

The proposal fields are drafted for legal review and are not yet ratified. Until counsel reviews them and the owner signs, they commit nobody.

Cleared by counsel, then owner signature

What appears here when it clears

When the last draft marker clears, this page reproduces the pack's exposure index row for row and links the six pack documents. Until then it carries neither.

Which obligation this sits under

CPS 230 is an operational risk standard, and an agent acting inside a critical operation is inside its scope. What the standard asks of an automated control, with the paragraph behind each requirement, is set out separately.
