What is licensed openly.

The evidence wire protocol, the conformance vectors and the independent verifier publish under Apache License 2.0. The licence manifest in the repository records why: a verifier a customer cannot build from source verifies nothing. Those components stay open so your auditor can build and run the verifier without a licence from us.

What is commercial.

Conformance certification and the signed attestation, the update channel, and pilot implementation and support. No price is published on this site, because none has been set.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
